How I’ve helped my seb derm!

I’ve been struggling with it for years and couldn’t find anything that’s worked. I tried all the shampoos, tried ketoconazole cream, etc. I’ve seen soo much improvement in just the last few weeks. For shampoo and conditioner, I just run the ingredient list through https://www.sezia.co to make sure the ingredients don’t cause flare up. No specific shampoos for seb derm or anything. It’s not cheap though..most of the products that don’t cause issues are on the expensive side :( and then I use that website for my skin care too. But on top of that for skin, I use Zoryve foam and cream. It helps so much! I’ve never seen anything else clear up Seb derm like it. I’m not saying this will fix it forever and my scalp isn’t perfect but my skin is so much better it’s crazy. I don’t have any flaking. And my ears aren’t itching for the first time in years!!!Obviously everyone’s different, but this is just what helped me!!
