Seroquel and Jollotta

If she has bipolar disorder (which I believe), wouldn't the Seroquel help since it treats bipolar symptoms?

Also, not entirely sure why they are suing Jollotta since she was the first one to suspect bipolar disorder and prescribe her meds for it. And she was starting to get better sleep (a huge complaint of hers) after taking the medication Jollotta prescribed.

Then to my understanding, Lindsay ghosts Jollotta? So why sue her? They only had 3 appointments. So not like she was her primary doctor.

It is more understandable to me why she wants to sue Tufts.
