Glass cutting

I have a few bottles of liquor that I am hoping to turn into vases by ‘cutting’ off the top of the bottle. Are there any local glass workers who can help? Not sure the appropriate cost but will definitely pay!

I did see the twine/fire trick online, but the way the bottles are shaped it wouldn’t really be possible.
