Should I do Masters in CS / AI if I only have bachelors in IT (no internship but I worked part-time as a Program Manager / Lab Manager)

I am working full-time now but not making as much money as I want. I have job I could sustain while I get my Masters but I want to know if it’s worth it / viable next step in my career.
