iHerb custom charges for Pakistan??

Hi everyone. I've been meaning to buy stuff (skincare mostly) from iHerb but I've seen some users on reddit complain about their outrageous custom charges after the package has arrived in Pakistan. And these custom charges are additional to the shipping/delivery charges paid upfront while placing the order. Can someone here please help me please if they have any experience with ordering from iHerb 😭
