How do games look on the Claw A8 screen if you run them at a lower resolution to hit 60FPS?

I really am more looking at this if you are running Bazzite or SteamOS at like 720p or 800p NO upscaling.

Does the size of the image get shrunk?

Does the image become grainy?

Does the game play feel worse?

Or is none of this a problem or not really all that noticable?
