AITA for resorting to post it notes to get my husband to do bare minimum?

Let me preface this by saying I (32 F) like making my house a home. I like to clean and keep up with tasks - it’s mental clarity for me.
I would also like to say that my husband (35 M) is messy. And I understand this from the standpoint of it’s how he grew up. So this post isn’t really about his habits, more about how I can be better respected in a marriage that has become complacent.

I don’t expect him to clean, because I like it done the way I like it done and he knows that. We both work, and I’m currently 8 months pregnant with our first. The ONLY thing I ask of him is to maintain a space that I have just cleaned, ie rinse the sink if he shaves, don’t leave wet sponges in the sink, clean up after yourself.

AITA for now leaving a post it above the sink asking or reminding him to not leave a sponge in the sink? I’ve tried using my words, I’ve cried over it for years, I’ve yelled, I’ve gotten mad. This is my last resort …
