The mail nurse here keeps asking about Mel

He finally gave me some pain killers which is nice but says my legs will remane backwards until he gets enough nude Mels to feel gratified. I am beginning to think he is not a nice man, because I told him if i coud have my phone back I could probably get him a couple [nude photos of Mel] and he just laughed and laughed at me and said he's already seen thosebefore and he wants "the real hard core piss pig kind of shit" which no one has ever said to me before in my life. and To be honest I am very scared because there is no way I can leave here on my own. I haven't seen anyone else at this hospittle, just this one mail nurse who hasn't told me his name.
