Am I dumb? Alice, Nod Krai

Were we not meant to get Alice during Nod Krai. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the characters that are revealed in a new nation's trailer the ones that will be released during the year? Alice was shown in the Nod Krai trailer and as far as I remember everyone else shown was released.

Is this just explained by freaky Alice magic? I know she was IN Nod Krai, but she never got a banner.

Thoughts?
