Best way to treat scrapes?

I commute on my e-scooter to and from work. The other day I crashed into a pothole in a parking lot and scraped my arm. When I got home I cleaned it up with soap and sanitized it with alcohol. Placed Neosporin on the wound and placed a gauze pad and wrapped it up.

Is there something else I should be doing? Or keep doing what I'm doing daily?
