Which areas, cliff steps, roads etc. around Salou will be closed for the eclipse?

Found a good spot but it involves some steps down a cliff to a beach. Visited in person last night for sunset and the view was great but the steps are between two large hotels so can't see much unless you can get down to the beach.

It strikes me if there's a crowd all trying to get down that this will be a death-trap unless it's managed by police, so more likely access will just be closed entirely as I doubt they have the staff to manage every single risky spot.

Where can I find out where will be closed/restricted? It's a fairly long walk for the kids in the heat without a car, so want to avoid having to find alternatives last minute.
