weight gain

hello,

i’ve been on trintellix for the past 5 years. i gained 20 lbs when i started it, then i gained another 30lbs because of other meds (abilify, seroquel, zyprexa)

i’m off seroquel & zyprexa, but i’m still overweight. i cant seem to shake that weight off despite eating better and exercise.

my weight is truly affecting my mental health and i’m thinking of stopping trintellix and i was wondering if anyone was able to lose the weight after gradually coming off of it?
