TRIANGULATION

I wanted to share my personal experience with everyone out there because this is manipulation tactic no one talks about or is confused with "third party" connection & is so powerful.

I had never experienced it — or even recognised — this manipulation tactic before. AND IT IS EXACTLY WHY IT WORKED!!!

Triangulation is when someone deliberately brings a third person into a relationship dynamic to create jealousy, insecurity, competition or conflict.

Suddenly, you're questioning yourself.

You're comparing yourself.

You're competing for attention.

You're trying to earn reassurance, approval or your place in someone's life.

And while you're emotionally off-balance, they control the narrative.

It took me a while to recognise what was happening and even longer to break free from that grip.

So I'm sharing this for anyone who may be experiencing it without having a name for it.

You should never have to compete for your place in someone's life.

Know the signs.
Trust what you're feeling.
And don't ignore the things that repeatedly leave you confused, insecure or questioning your own worth.
