I might fail a class for the first time today because of a group project (which accounts for 80% of the final grade) where I only did half the work on my own. How can I avoid feeling embarrassed?

My teacher is a real perfectionist. She said she’d been kind enough to pass me on all my previous tests. My group is terrible—they contacted me after a month, and I gave them a chance four days ago, but they haven’t done anything. I feel bad because the teacher is sarcastic and I’m a perfectionist.

Although there were days when I was able to make progress—I’d just been given a laptop to do the homework on recently—I’m not good at Excel, so I did most of the work on my phone. I spent more than three hours a day on that assignment, and today I’m doomed in that class.
