Walmart near Burlington GO

What on earth is happening in this general area I have driven by a few times now and it’s like zombie ville. Drug abusers blatantly doing drugs in the parking lot and at the side of the store closest to Fairview. Shameful, does the store not tell them to leave? What are the police doing? It’s pathetic.
