Post nuss procedure weird cramps

I had the surgery 9 days ago, and i get these cramps exactly where my heart is whenever i feel like laughing, no laughing or chuckling but just the preemptive feeling before laughter and occasionally randomly, these cramps are very painful, they last a few seconds and a deep breath seems to help, any advice?
