Is 67mps enough?

Currently with VM but they've got me over a barrel as the only fibre supplier in my road. Contract about to end and the renewal goes up a fair bit immediately and loads in a years time (24 month contract).

Looking at alternatives and because I don't want to watch adverts the sky skip adverts is appealing but going fro 1Gb to 67mps feels like a massive drop.

Only 3 of us in the house, some downloading, Netflix etc etc. No ultra HD or gaming. Need a tv package but frankly not bothered about loads of channels as have prime and erm.....ways.

What do you think? Worth risking?
