Getting permission to use a cover on my speedpaint?

I wanted to use part of \[CallMeKevin flowers cover\](https://youtu.be/mkivxLs2KaY?si=XCwbNao6SQaTgVvl) over my speedpaint on youtube short. \\\~1min long
I really admire CMKs work and don’t really want to run a foul by using his music without asking, **but I don’t think there’s a way for me to get in contact with him.**
My yt channel is my professional portfolio, I’m a Graphic Designer, so I also want to make sure I’m not misstepping. Since it’s only part of a song over my work it would be fair use(?)
