9600x with PBO set to Enabled are these temps normal?

Before PBO, during OCCT test my CPU(Tctl/Tdie) was around 65 degrees.

After PBO, same test, it was hovering around 93 degrees.

No thermal throttling warning on Hwinfo.

Is this normal? I have no idea and this is my first PC build. 🥲

Also side question: Should PBO be enabled at all for a gaming PC? Is it worth it?
