Some progress for hope
Hi all,
Been a while since I've posted. Sometimes I get down but then I remember I've actually improved without noticing, because it's never really like a big change, so some stuff I never even noticed. Here's some progress:
- I don't think above my SA anymore, don't get reminded of it and I don't have intrusive images of it.
- I don't shutdown throughout the day anymore.
- I've been able to live off antidepressants for the first time.
- I'm applying for my second full-time job with great confidence and clarity
- I'm making concrete plans on moving out
- I'm not longer into findom
- I don't have shame spirals where I overreat and wish I was dead
- HOCD doesn't hit as hard anymore, but it still exists
- I am less stuck in analysis paralysis, though I still don't make decisions well!
All I've done is attend therapy really and I hate how unstructured it is, but it clearly has been helping me. I hope this brings hope to others.
