Cant access EU servers [Discussion]

Hey my account region is 'Other' and when I try to select Eu servers from the server menu it says the serves are timed out and doesn't allow me to select them. In some posts it says that I should change my region to EU but couldn't find where to change it. Does anyone know a fix tot his issue?
