Started 25mg today. I’m 123 lbs

So I’ve been taking Wegovy pills since march. I am 5’5 and I started at close to 140lbs. I took 9mg for two months because I was afraid of going up. I just went up to 25 mg yesterday and took the first pill 20 minutes ago. Now I’m worried about whether or not I’m going to get really bad side effects and if I should just go back to taking the 9mg. Anyone close to my weight taking the 25? How were the symptoms??

Also what would you guys suggest if I don’t really want to lose any more weight.
