Newbie PC builder, would appreciate some feedback on my build

Heya, I've been using a macbook air since I was a kid and it's my first time dabbling in building an actual PC! I've done some research online and would appreciate some advice from you guys.

As it's my very first PC and I've been saving up for the past 8-ish years + am now working, budget isn't really a big concern for me - but I also don't think I'll need over the top stuff like 5090 etc

As for use-case, it's mostly gaming with some content creation, such as video editing w davinci resolve & occasional lightroom work to edit my photos.

Additionally, I'm from Singapore - yes, I've looked at the SLS price lists but I plan on finalizing my build before going down physically

I do intend on keeping this system for the next decade or so, thus hopefully this is a decently future-proof setup that can get me going for quite some time
