Just medicated with Adderall , what are the dos/donts

For reference i’m on 5mg quick release, and am to take it 2x a day. I was told to take it when I wake up and around 1/2pm when I “hit a wall.”
I (21F) am also a full time student(STEM major), living on my own(with bf), and am manager at a business full time.

I have taken stratera, concerta, and prestiq in the past for my adhd. I am still using prestiq for anxiety/depression symptoms.
