How do I find a flair for a political post?

I just had a political cartoon removed because of a violation of Rule 14, saying that political posts must be marked as such. This has happened before on totally innocuous (non political) posts, at which time I was advised they had to be marked NSFW. I reposted it NSFW & it was still taken down. This new cartoon IS political (historic from 1986) so I marked it NSFW, & it was taken down. I looked through the flairs to find political post & no such thing is to be found. Now whenever I try to post anything, I only get the window for NSFW, spoiler, or brand, & no other flairs are even available. What do I do? Please advise. Thanks!
