Looking for airway-focused orthodontists who offer remote CBCT review

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of any airway-focused orthodontists or orthodontic clinics with experience in sleep-disordered breathing, OSA and/or UARS who are willing to review CBCT scans remotely?

I live in a country where this type of airway-focused orthodontic expertise is not available, so I am open to specialists in the US, Europe, or elsewhere internationally.

I already have a CBCT scan and would like to have it reviewed by someone experienced in craniofacial anatomy and sleep-disordered breathing. In particular, I would like an assessment of things such as:

- Transverse maxillary deficiency / narrow maxilla
Nasal cavity dimensions and possible skeletal nasal restriction

- Other craniofacial or skeletal abnormalities that could potentially contribute to increased airway resistance

- Whether treatments such as maxillary expansion (MARPE/MSE/etc.) could potentially be anatomically appropriate in my case

The CBCT includes my jaws, maxilla, nasal cavity and the structures above this area, but unfortunately does not include the entire pharyngeal airway, so I understand that pharyngeal airway volume cannot be properly assessed from this particular scan.

I'm not specifically looking for someone to tell me that I need expansion. I want someone knowledgeable to objectively analyze the CBCT first and tell me whether there is actually an anatomical/skeletal issue and, if so, what treatment options might make sense.

I also don't necessarily need an in-person or video consultation. I would be perfectly happy to send the DICOM files and relevant records and receive a written assessment/report or even a detailed response by email.

If anyone has had their CBCT remotely reviewed by an airway-focused orthodontist, or knows a specialist/clinic anywhere in the US, Europe or elsewhere that offers this service, I'd really appreciate any recommendations.
Thanks!
