A four-zone photo booth event workflow for clean handoffs

For event operations, I separate the photo booth into four owned zones: queue, capture, print, and file backup.

The queue host keeps the next group ready and passes the session name to the operator. The capture operator confirms the selected shot before releasing the group. The print owner records every retry instead of silently reprinting. The file owner checks filename and backup status before marking the session complete.

If something fails, the handoff should contain three facts: session ID, current status, and next owner. That prevents a print issue from becoming a queue issue.
