why in islam, dogs are kept outside especially the region/country where they are is always hot

This confuses me and enrages me when i was in egypt and seeing pet dogs owned by muslims. i dont know if they treat their dogs as pets or something else but to let them live outside your house and the weather is hot screams animal cruelty. if you own that dog you treat it well. but sadly the religious belief of keeping dogs inside is viewed wrong. that is the most unreasonable and cruel view to be place on dogs. it is animal abuse. the mindset is not base on reason of good ethics.

if the claim that muslims are good to animals is true then this exposes the lies. i am aware keeping dogs outside especially in hot days is common to people of different religion. but the religious belief in islam toward dogs is harmful and loose its ethics.
