Keeper Help

I have 1 keeper to pick in a 10 team ppr scoring format. My options are below. My two favorite right now are Hampton or Tuten. I think Hampton can legitimately be a top 5 player overall, so I’m leaning that way but Tuten, a potential rb2, in round 9 seems like a great value. Thoughts?

Omarion Hampton for a 2nd
Rashee Rice for a 3rd
Waddle for a 7th
Tuten for a 9th
Michael Wilson for a last round pick
Rico Dowdle for a last round pick
