The studio is fully furnished and has a private kitchen, bathroom, double bed, study area, storage and living space. The building also has laundry facilities, secure entry and is in an amazing central location.

📍 Around a 5–6 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly, with UoM and MMU both very close.  

This is a tenancy takeover/replacement tenant situation through Dwell, so the new tenant will need to meet Dwell’s requirements and be approved by them.
