[M4A] The Targaryen Prince has fallen in love with a Westerosi commoner

245AC, Kings Landing, The Red Keep, the reign of King Aegon V Targaryen.

After hours of various Lords from various noble houses presenting their daughters to me, I was fed up and eager for the day to end. All of these noble houses, Lannister, Bracken, Baratheon, Tarly, Tyrell, I had even spoken with a Frey, all of them had come here to present their daughters up for my hand in marriage. Some of the Ladies were truly beautiful and charming too, others less so, none of them could truly interest me however. None of them captured me like my true love had. My father and mother were clearly frustrated with me and my lack of interest in any of these Ladies, I was sure they’d soon force me into a marriage with one of them. For now, I just made my excuses for why I didn’t want to marry any of them. Too short, too long, smelt bad, anything I could think of no matter how untrue it was. At least I wasn’t the first born son and has no pressures of the throne on my shoulders

When the whole endless tirade of marriage proposals ended, I managed to escape from a family meal and have a night to myself. Like always, I told anyone who mattered that I would be in my chambers reading for the whole night before turning in for some early rest. In reality though, I would be sneaking out of the glamorous Red Keep and finding my way through King’s Landing to find my true love once again.

Thankfully, I had quite an easy chamber to sneak out from, and with a common looking robe covering me, I had no chance of being detected. The dark robe hid my Valyrian features, the silver hair and lilac eyes really stood out in King’s Landing, especially in the dark of night time.

Without issue I wandered through King’s Landing, walking through back alleys and quiet streets until finding a humble, simple home I recognised so easily now. My fist gently knocked against the door four times, letting the resident know it was me. I heard the door open and I was greeted with a familiar beauty, you. My common-born lover, the only person who had my heart. If my parents knew about this taboo relationship, everything would fall apart, but I won’t ever stop following my heart.

I’m looking to play out the romantic, loving relationship between two OCs in Westeros, a Targaryen Prince and his common-born lover. I am open to any gender for your character, as long as they are common-born.

The setting I had in the prompt above was for our story to take place during King Aegon V’s reign and my character be his non-canon youngest son. However, I am absolutely open to changing the time period! We could have it take place earlier so my Prince character has a mighty dragon or we could set it later, during Robert’s Rebellion and with my Prince character in hiding instead!
