Hangout spots for weekend

Hey everyone,

moved to Ahmedabad about 2 months ago for work and honestly haven't seen much of the city yet. I don't have friends here yet either, so I've mostly been stuck in a work-home loop.

I want to start using my weekly offs to actually explore — but doing it solo. Would love recommendations for:

Places that are nice to visit alone (parks, riverfront spots, markets, museums, etc.)

Good cafes or restaurants where solo diners won't feel out of place

Any weekend day trips nearby that are easy to do by yourself

Communities/meetups/hobby groups where I could meet people too

Bonus if you know spots that are good in the evenings after a long week. Any tips — touristy or hidden gem — appreciated!
