The fanbase is hypocritical about their hatred of season 12

I actually quite enjoy this season, sure literally no one is likeable but I think that's the point. I'm an OG fan of the series and I can remember when TLC actually DID have normal couples on. I think the cute Mormon/South African couple, the singer from Nicaragua couple, see I can't even remember their name lol... all of the normal couples with normal problems faded into obscurity. My point is that since Dinyell and Mohamet came onto the scene the series took off. And ever since then TLC has been trying to find the most maladaptive couples they can find.And we can't forget the crème de la crème B90 S4 and that's not beloved because all the couples were likable and normal.

So like my question is why does everyone hate this season because the cast is trash. You all only get hyped for the worst couples and TLC delivers that? If they had nice couples no one would watch the show! I actually like this season far more than last one. I was tired of all the LA influencers using the show to get famous.
