The Crew Unlimited on a PC not connected to the Internet

Hello guys.I have a question:I downloaded the FitGIrl repack version of the Crew with the launcher .I want to install the repack in the future on a PC that has no connection to the Internet .And I want to play it on that PC.Can I do that?Or will I have problems and the game will delete my saved files(as I heard a lot of things about this issue)or will I have other problems if I play the game on a PC not connected to the Internet?!Another question is when will this game be totally available for offline play if it is not available for offline play today(I am talking about the single player part of it not in its entirety)? At least the single player part should be available for offline play. Thanks for your answer
