TWINT from abroad

Hi guys, are there any banks (preferably without account fees) that accept foreign residents not working in Switzerland as customers? I would only need it for TWINT, since paying foreign bank transfer fees every time I send money to my Swiss friends is SO annoying.

I used to have the TWINT prepaid app but they don't want Italian customers anymore...
