Does is still make sense to buy the last C-3PO and Tusk Raider Figure releases?

I just found at my countries version of Craigslist both of these figures and I wanted to ask you folks if you think whether it makes sense still buy this with next years anniversary of A New Hope coming up. These figures are both a few years old by now and I expect them to get far better versions -IF- they get a new release next year. So I wanted to ask the community if you would buy them or if I should wait.

Both would go for about 20€ and the 3PO is still in packaging and the Tusk Raider is opened but comes with all the accesoires.
