Is there any way I can stretch out the arms of a cardigan

I bought a cardigan from Depop, it’s nice, but the arms omg. They are tight as hell skin tight it’s awful. But I like the cardigan. I did not expect that the arms would have that type of fit. I was genuinely considering shoving wine bottles in the arms to stretch them out LOL. Any suggestions?
