Energy in my house is off, I’m struggling

Hello lovely people. I am looking for some ideas or experiences that could help me in restoring my home. I identify as a hearth witch, green witch, and solo practitioner. Also animist. I have forged a deep connection with my home, and regularly perform cleansing rituals, have created wards, and provide offerings to my home. I feel that the relationship is mutually caring. Over the past two months, the energy in my home has changed. My cat started peeing outside the litter box. I’ve done and am doing all the mundane things to address that (vet, trying different products, etc.) She started peeing in my fireplace which was really upsetting because that is a big part of my practice. I’ve blocked it off from her and cleaned it as best I can, and plan to do some additional ritual to cleanse it. In other rooms, I’ve been doing some redecorating, painting, etc. so the house has been pretty disorganized. But now things are breaking. First the garbage disposal, then dishwasher. Now the sink is leaking. I realize these things just happen, but I feel unmoored. I feel a break in connection with the home and it’s been upsetting. Side note, I’m a Taurus rising so the eclipse is happening in my fourth house of home. I generally don’t perform ritual on eclipse but should I do something today? What should I even do? Banish? More wards? More elaborate cleansing? This has never happened before and I’ve lived here 10 years.
