Looking for an easy waterfall walk near Poiana Țapului/Azuga — and maybe a hiking buddy or guide

Salutare!

I'm travelling from Italy, my first trip in 15 years and my first solo one. I don't speak Romanian (yet). I'm not a hiker, just someone who enjoys gentle walks in nature, nothing too steep or technical.

I'll have plan to staying around Poiana Țapului or Azuga, moving only by train and foot, and I'd love to reach a waterfall (something like Cascada Urlătoarea) for the breeze and the sound. Since I'm a complete beginner and I'm alone, I'd feel much safer and happier with some company, Guiding.

So I'm asking two simple things:

• Is there an easy, well-marked waterfall walk you'd recommend?
• Would anyone local be up for a slow, casual walk together, or can you point me to someone who guides such easy walks (friendly company, or paid with token of small drink)?

I'd just like to not do it completely alone. I'm not looking for adventure, just a quiet, safe stroll with someone who knows the area.
