are my O/A Level grades good enough?

be very realistic with me. do 2 As and 2Bs in AS Level along with 2 A*s, 3 As, 1 B and 3 Cs in O Level make me a strong candidate for the scholarship with first preference of Bogazici University? yet to give the SAT and TOEFL but i js need a rough overview since im quite demotivated right now.
