Mod help?

I bought this a several months ago on sale mind you a several months meaning a year or so ago haven't got into it like I would fallout I usually played this on pc given the sale and pc breaking down.

i decided to get it I'm just wondering what could I download to make the graphics and animations or anything look better currently than vanilla.

just looking for a good starting point thanks in advance.
