FEDEX boxed and delivered someone else’s items

Dropped off a few items to be packed and shipped from Georgia to Texas. FedEx delivered a package with the correct label to the correct address. Except all the items were NOT what we dropped off.

Notified FedEx and they steered me to the website to file a claim. But there is not a category for FedEx boxed and shipped the WRONG items.

The closest category is “damaged”. So I used that and am hoping someone will contact me.
