Gift for dog loving CEO

Leader in my company is also a friend and was recently very generous and I’d like to acknowledge my impending departure with a gift (we have a longstanding friendship). He and his wife have a Maltese dog that they are obsessed with, and he would not really accept gifts but if it was dog themed - I think he would.
