Should I go to college right out of highschool, or transfer from a two year?

Hello! Im a highschool senior and I'm so stressed about applying for college. I want to go out of state as it is my dream to live in the PNW.(for reference I'm from FL) Obviously, out of state is very expensive and my family cannot afford it. I'm trying to figure out a solution (scholarships, FAFSA, donating plasma, begging for a job, etc.) but I may have to go to a community college and transfer. What im wondering is, what are my chances of being accepted to an out of state University as a transfer, compared to being right out of highschool?

Clarification:

-The schools I have in mind are Western Washington University and University of Portland.

-I am trying to get a job but I live in one of the most populated cities in FL and it's incredibly difficult.(i won't give up applying tho)
