[Help] Returning to Commander – Jodah, Archmage Eternal Big-Spells Deck
Hey everyone
I’m getting back into Magic and Commander after being away from the game for some years, and I decided to update mine Jodah, Archmage Eternal deck because I’ve always loved the idea of casting ridiculously expensive spells for much less mana.

The problem is that I’m not very confident about the deck’s mana curve and overall balance. Since I’m returning to Commander, I’m sure there are cards and deckbuilding principles I’m overlooking.
One thing worth mentioning is that I went with the Gates package when I built the deck because it was significantly cheaper than investing in a more expensive five-color mana base. At the time, keeping the cost down was a priority, so I thought Gates would be a reasonable budget option.
I’d really appreciate some feedback
I’m not necessarily trying to make this cEDH-level. I mostly want a fun, relatively powerful deck that lets me cast absurdly large spells and have some big splashy Commander games.
Any advice, cuts, additions, or general deckbuilding tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
