Random numbers keep calling me and idk what to do

Heya! Idk what sub to post this in. I need help. Random local numbers keep calling me at random times during the day. One usually called at 9:30 am ish or 9:50 but another called at like 3 pm. They have the same local code and 3 numbers, but the last 4 numbers always change

I have no idea what to do.

When I call back, it says the number has been either disconnected or like... unavailable.

I'm worried some people might have gotten my information >w<

How do I deal with these things?
