I run a small SaaS for event guest management. Solo founder, registered in Israel as an "Osek Patur," the local sole proprietor status. No LLC, no incorporation. Just me, a government tax registration certificate, and a live website.

The Business Portfolio sits under my personal Facebook account, named after the business. As a sole proprietor there's no separate legal entity and no second admin to add.

First attempt was rejected, so on the second I tried to eliminate every possible mismatch:

Selected Sole Proprietorship rather than Private Company, since Private Company pushes you toward Articles of Incorporation, which a sole proprietor will never have. Selected Registered, since I do have a government issued registration number. Put my personal name in the legal name field exactly as printed on the certificate, with the brand name in the Alternative business name field. Address typed exactly as it appears on the certificate. Phone matches the number in my website footer. Uploaded the tax registration certificate as Business Registration or License Document, full page, unedited, signed and stamped.

Meta asks whether the document includes your business phone number *or* address. Mine has no phone but does list a business address, so I answered Yes and the second document requirement disappeared.

Website footer shows business name, legal name, registration number, address, phone, privacy policy, terms and accessibility statement.

Everything matches everything. Was told roughly two business days.

**It's been over a month and the status is still "In review."** The WhatsApp account separately shows Review in Progress. No rejection, no request for more information, no email at all.

Questions:

* At what point does "In review" mean something is actually stuck rather than slow?
* Do two open reviews, business verification and the WhatsApp account review, block each other?
* Does running a portfolio under a personal Facebook account cause problems for solo operators?
* Anyone verify as a non US sole proprietor with no incorporation documents? Did it clear eventually?
