Dosage change and physical symptoms

So recently I’ve been struggling a lot more w my ocd so my psychiatrist elected to up my dosage from 150 to 175 mg I’m about nine days in so I’ve been way more anxious, tired etc. whenever I up my dose a struggle to eat out of fear and appetite loss so I’ve been struggling getting enough nutrients. Due to this and the stress and I think side effects I’ve been having constipation followed by diarrhea (I was dealing w this b4 after my stress levels were high) the past couple days though my stools have been pretty dark and it’s making me spiral over the thought of intestinal bleeding. I’ve been eating a lot of blueberries on an empty stomach so I think it’s just that but my ocd is telling me I’m going to die and what not and I’m kind of spiraling. The other day ai also had slight stomach pain but it happened after I ate an allergen and then later when I drank coffee so other than that I haven’t had any pain or nausea. Idk I just need some support these two weeks can not go fast enough atp.
