Fraxel questions!

My derm recommended fraxel laser for my mild acne scarring. I've already done 3 rounds of microneedling with PRP and 3 rounds of radio frequency microneedling (Secret RF). Secret RF was the worst pain of my life!!!

Has anyone done both and can tell me how fraxel pain level compares to RF?

Has anyone had good results from 1 or 2 round sof fraxel?
