What can I do for Noumenia if I’m with a really bad cold?

Basically what the title says. It’s the new moon today and I’d like to honor the gods with nice offerings and prayers, but I woke up with a really bad cold and I know that miasma really does not suit the idea of having a small celebration. Is there anything I could do while sick?
